We will challenge you to push your limits and you will leave each class invigorated and inspired. Begin your day with inspiration and perspiration.

You will experience an incredible improvement in your strength and cardio as we burn fat and build muscle. Intense intervals will melt away stress. Conditioning circuits will shape and sculpt your body.

You will leave each session pumped, mentally and physically.

We take our workouts, not ourselves, seriously. Fun, humor and a sense of camaraderie will help you to push yourself beyond your limits.

We will ensure you achieve all of your lifestyle goals. You will be smiling at the results.

Where: Monday, Wednesday and Friday we are at Robert Burns Park Corner Van Ness Ave and Beverly Blvd CA 90004.

Class begins at 7a.m

Tuesday and Thursdays we are at Griffith Park. Meet us across from Trails Cafe, 2333 Fern Dell Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

Class at Griffith begins slightly earlier at 6:45am

Classes are approx 50 mins.
